Senior Case Manager

Alex graduated from LSU Health Sciences Center with a Master of Health Science in Rehabilitation Counseling in May 2015. She has since received her certification in Rehabilitation Counseling (CRC), and has become a Licensed Rehabilitation Counselor (LRC). She began her tenure with Stokes & Associates in September 2015 as a Research Associate and Job Placement Assistant. She is currently a Case Manager, providing case management, vocational testing, wage and earning capacity analysis, labor market research services and life care planning.

 

 

Shelby Laiche, MHS, CRC, LRC

Senior Case Manager

Shelby is a Licensed and Certified Rehabilitation Counselor. Shelby earned her Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology from the University of New Orleans in 2014. She graduated from Louisiana State University Health Sciences Center in New Orleans with her Master of Health Sciences degree in Clinical Rehabilitation and Counseling in 2016. Shelby provides case management, vocational testing, wage and earning capacity analysis, labor market research services and life care planning.


 

 

Lauren Woods-Gaulden, MS, NCC, CRC, LRC, CLCP, PLPC

Senior Case Manager

Lauren is a Licensed and Certified Rehabilitation Counselor, as well as a Certified Life Care Planner. She earned her Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology from Loyola University New Orleans in 2014 and her Master of Science in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Walden University in 2018. Lauren is also a member of the International Association of Rehabilitation Professionals Louisiana Chapter and is recognized as a National Certified Counselor through the National Board for Certified Counselors.

Lauren started working as a Research Associate and Job Placement Assistant for Boost Rehab. She is currently a Case Manager, providing case management services, vocational testing, wage and earning capacity analysis, labor market research services, and life care planning.

 

 

Holly McLendon, MHS, CRC, LPC, CLPC, LRC

Senior Case Manager

Holly is a Vocational Rehabilitation Specialist/Case Manager. She earned her Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology from the University of New Orleans in 2009 and her Master of Health Science in Rehabilitation Counseling from Louisiana State University Health Sciences Center in 2013. Holly is a Certified Rehabilitation Counselor, Certified Life Care Planner, Licensed Professional Counselor and Licensed Rehabilitation Counselor. Holly is currently serving as Treasurer of the International Association of Rehabilitation Professionals Louisiana Chapter.

Holly has years of experience providing vocational rehabilitation services and job placement in the public sector. She provides case management services, vocational testing, wage and earning capacity analysis, labor market research services, and life care planning.

 

 

Heather Dahl, MHS, CRC, PLPC

Heather is currently a Vocational Rehabilitation Specialist/Case Manager with Stokes & Associates. She earned her Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology from the University of New Orleans in 2017 as well as her Masters of Health Sciences in Clinical Rehabilitation and Counseling from Louisiana State University Health Sciences Center-New Orleans in 2020. She is currently a Certified Rehabilitation Counselor and a Provisionally Licensed Professional Counselor. Heather is also recognized as a National Certified Counselor through the National Board for Certified Counselors.

Heather is experienced in case management, vocational testing, wage and earning capacity analysis, labor market research services and life care planning. Aside from her work in private rehabilitation, Heather also has experience providing individual therapy to adolescents with behavioral, mental health and substance use issues, as well as experience counseling college aged youth with disabilities.

 

 

Kimberly Vicari, MS, PLPC, LRC-S, CRC, CLCP

Kimberly is a Vocational Rehabilitation Specialist/Case Manager. Kimberly earned her Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology from the University of New Orleans in 2015. She graduated from Grand Canyon University with her Master of Science degree in Professional Counseling in 2019. She is a Certified Rehabilitation Counselor (CRC) and Certified Life Care Planner (CLCP). Kimberly is currently under supervision to be a Licensed Professional Counselor through the LPC Board of Examiners and is a member of the American Counseling Association. She is also currently under supervision to be a Licensed Rehabilitation Counselor through the LRC Board of Examiners.

Kimberly provides case management, vocational testing, wage and earning capacity analysis, labor market research services and life care planning. Aside from her work in private rehabilitation, Kimberly also has experience providing individual and family therapy to individuals and families with behavioral, and mental health issues.

 

 

 Brent Jeansonne, CRC, CLCP, CCM, LRC

Brent is a Vocational Rehabilitation Specialist/Case Manager. He earned his Bachelor of Arts degree in Sociology from LSU in 2010. He then earned his Master’s of Health Sciences Degree in Rehabilitation Counseling from LSU – Health Sciences Center in 2014. Brent is an active member of the International Association of Rehabilitation Professionals. He has years of experience in both the public and private sectors of vocational rehabilitation and life care planning.

Brent provides vocational case management, life care planning and research, wage and earning capacity analysis, vocational testing, job analysis, and labor market research services.

 

 

 Jaimie Prieur, MS

Jaimie joined the Stokes & Associates team in 2018 as an administrative professional. Since that time, she earned her Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology from Walden University in 2020, and her Master of Science degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Walden University in 2022. Jaimie is also a member of the International Association of Rehabilitation Professionals, Louisiana Chapter.

Jaimie is currently a Case Manager, providing case management services, vocational testing, wage and earning capacity analysis, labor market research services, and life care planning.

 

 

Mischa Arnold, MS, CRC

Mischa is a Vocational Rehabilitation Specialist/Case Manager. She earned her Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology from Louisiana State University in 1993 and her Dual Master of Science degree in Rehabilitation Counseling and Vocational Evaluation from East Carolina University in 1996. Mischa is a Certified Rehabilitation Counselor.

Mischa has many years of experience providing vocational evaluations, career counseling, and job placement in the private sector. She provides case management services, vocational testing, wage and earning capacity analysis, labor market research services, and life care planning.

 

 

Brooke Vogt, MHS

Brooke is a Vocational Rehabilitation Specialist/Case Manager. She earned her Bachelor of Arts Degree in Sociology with a Minor in Psychology from the University of New Orleans in 2021 and her Master of Health Science in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from LSU Health Science Center at New Orleans in 2023. Brooke provides case management services, vocational testing, wage and earning capacity analysis, labor market research services, and life care planning. She is currently under the supervision to become a Licensed Professional Counselor through the LPC Board of Examiners and is recognized as a National Certified Counselor through the National Board for Certified Counselors.

 

 

Emily Nelson, MHS, NCC

Emily received her Bachelor’s degree in Child and Family Studies from Louisiana State University in 2013 with a minor in Mass Communication. She is a recent graduate of the Louisiana State University Health Sciences Center and received her Master of Health Science Degree in Rehabilitation Counseling in May 2022.

She is currently a Certified Rehabilitation Counselor and obtained her National Counselor Certification. She is in the process of being licensed by the Louisiana Counseling Association. Emily is a member of the International Association of Rehabilitation Professionals (IARP) and is eager to provide services to those in need. Recently becoming a case manager for Stokes & Associates, she hopes to expand her knowledge in the field of vocational rehabilitation and life care planning.

 

 

Kathryn Dillon, MEd, CRC, CLCP “Katy Mac”

Katy Mac graduated from Auburn University with a master’s degree in Vocational Rehabilitation Counseling. She is a Certified Rehabilitation Counselor (CRC) and Certified Life Care Planner (CLCP.) She is a member of the International Association of Rehabilitation Professionals and American Board of Vocational Experts. She is also certified as a Vocational Expert with the Social Security Administration.

Katy Mac has over a decade of experience in private vocational rehabilitation including case management, vocational testing, wage and earning capacity analysis, labor market research, and life care planning. Prior to her private sector work, she has experience in the public sector as a vocational rehabilitation counselor.
