Elizabeth Peralta, M.Ed., CRC, LRC-S, NBCC, Director of Case Managers

Elizabeth is a Vocational Rehabilitation Specialist and Director of Case Managers. She earned her Bachelor of Arts Degree in Psychology from Southeastern Louisiana University in 2005 and her Master of Education in Counseling from Southeastern Louisiana University in 2010. 

Elizabeth is currently under supervision to receive her licensure in Rehabilitation Counseling through the LLPVRC Board of Examiners and is a National Board Certified Counselor.  She provides case management, vocational testing, wage and earning capacity analysis, labor market research services and provides assistance with life
care planning.

Brandy E. Bradley, MHS, LRC, CRC, Case Manager Supervisor

Brandy is a Licensed and Certified Rehabilitation Counselor, who has over 12 years of experience in private rehabilitation.  She earned her Bachelor of Science Degree in Psychology from Louisiana State University in 1997 and her Master of Health Science Degree in Rehabilitation Counseling from Louisiana State University Health Sciences Center in 1999. Brandy is also a member of the International Association of Rehabilitation Professionals.

Brandy is experienced in vocational rehabilitation assessment, testing, labor market research, wage and earning capacity analysis, life care planning and counseling. Aside from her work in private rehabilitation, Brandy also has years of experience providing individual and family therapy to individuals and families with behavioral, mental health and substance use issues.

Alex Prince, MHS, CRC, LRC

Alex graduated from LSU Health Sciences Center with a Master of Health Science in Rehabilitation Counseling in May 2015. She has since received her certification in Rehabilitation Counseling (CRC), and has become a Licensed Rehabilitation Counselor (LRC). She began her tenure with Stokes & Associates in September 2015 as a Research Associate and Job Placement Assistant. She is currently a Case Manager, providing case management, vocational testing, wage and earning capacity analysis, labor market research services and life care planning.

Shelby Laiche, MHS, CRC, LRC-S

Shelby is a Certified Rehabilitation Counselor and she is currently under supervision to become a Licensed Rehabilitation Counselor. Shelby received her Bachelor of Science Degree in Psychology from the University of New Orleans in 2014. She graduated from Louisiana State University Health Sciences Center in New Orleans with her Master of Health Sciences Degree in Clinical Rehabilitation and Counseling in 2016. Shelby provides case management, vocational testing, wage and earning capacity analysis, labor market research services and life care planning.

Lauren Woods-Gaulden, MS, NCC, CRC, LRC-S

Lauren is a Vocational Rehabilitation Specialist/Case Manager. She earned her Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology from Loyola University New Orleans in 2014 and her Master of Science in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Walden University in 2018. Lauren is also a member of the International Association of Rehabilitation Professionals Louisiana Chapter and is recognized as a National Certified Counselor through the National Board for Certified Counselors.

Lauren started working as a Research Associate and Job Placement Assistant for Boost Rehab. She is currently a Case Manager, providing case management services, vocational testing, wage and earning capacity analysis, labor market research services, and life care planning.

Ashley G. Lastrapes, MHS, CRC, CCM, LPC, LRC, Senior Case Manager

Ashley has over 6 years of experience in private vocational rehabilitation. She earned her Bachelor of Science Degree from University of New Orleans in 2009 and her Master of Health Science in Rehabilitation Counseling from Louisiana State University Health Sciences Center in 2011. Ashley is a Licensed Rehabilitation Counselor and Licensed Professional Counselor in the state of Louisiana. She holds national certifications as a Certified Rehabilitation Counselor and Case Manager. Ashley is a member of the International Association of Rehabilitation Professionals and has served as a Board Member for the Louisiana chapter for many years.

Ashley is experienced in vocational rehabilitation assessment, testing, labor market research, wage and earning capacity analysis, worker’s compensation policy and procedure, case management, life care planning, and career and adjustment counseling. Aside from her work in private rehabilitation, Ashley also has experience providing individual and family therapy to individuals and families with behavioral, mental health, and substance abuse issues.

Rhonda G. Laizer, MHS, CCM, CDMS, LRC

Rhonda graduated from LSU Health Sciences Center with both a Bachelor of Science and Master of Health Science Degree in Rehabilitation Counseling. She holds certifications as a Certified Case Manager and Certified Disability Management Specialist. Rhonda is also a Licensed Rehabilitation Counselor in the state of Louisiana.  Rhonda has years of experience in the private sector doing medical and vocational rehabilitation case management, primarily on Worker’s Compensation claims, involving medical coordination, early return to work coordination, vocational evaluation/testing, labor market research, wage earning capacity analysis, job placement and life care plan research. Rhonda currently performs rehabilitation case management services, along with life care plan and labor market research.

Ashley V. Barbier, MHS 

Ashley received a Bachelor of Science degree at Louisiana State University in 2015.  She later earned a Master of Health Sciences in Rehabilitation Counseling from Louisiana State University Health Sciences Center in 2018.  During her graduate school career, she obtained counseling experience in both rehabilitation and substance abuse populations. Ashley began as a research associate at Stokes & Associates and is currently a Case Manager. As a Case Manager she provides services such as vocational testing, labor market research, life care planning, and wage and earning capacity analysis. Outside of the office, Ashley enjoys studying and performing circus arts in addition to participating and embracing all that New Orleans has to offer.

Nicole Cass MS, LRC-S

Nicole is a Vocational Rehabilitation Specialist/Case Manager. She earned her Bachelor of Science in Psychology in 1993 and her Master of Vocational Rehabilitation Counseling in 1996, both from the University of South Florida. Nicole is currently under supervision to be a Certified Rehabilitation Counselor through the Commission for Rehabilitation Counselor Certification. She provides case management, vocational testing, wage and earning capacity analysis, labor market research and provides assistance with life care planning.

Harvey Sera M.Ed.

Harvey grew up in Northern California where she earned a Bachelor of Arts in English. She attended Montana State University where she received a Master of Education degree in school counseling. Harvey worked in youth case management and care management. She looks forward to continuing her education and becoming a Certified Rehabilitation Counselor (CRC) as a member of Stokes & Associates.
